The one person who needs prosecuting aside from Adam is the judge. That judge did this. An he's gotten off foot loose fancy free!!! 🤬 It's very typical of the democrat corruption, if you don't abort them they advise you use the "brats" strictly for govt assistance! Right. Harmony was a 5 year old 35 lb lil girl , 😢Kayla is the adult. My 4 yr old weighs 39lbs. Harmony was tiny. Being swung on by a grown man, on the side of her face in which she was blind at that. She couldnt even see the blows coming let alone defend herself. That baby girl was DEFENSELESS

I guess that self preservation of hers is why they have any info on Harmonys last moments and what happened afterwards. Without that they wouldn't have been able to get that piece of ceiling etc. I still think she is downplaying her role in the abuse and death of Harmony though. @showkitties3844• 18 months?! I came in on the middle of this trial. I don't feel a damn bit of pity for her 'abuse'. Good for her. She couldn't even take that little girl into her mom's house and bathe her and change her clothes. Why in the hell didn't she call the child's mother to come get her from the methadone clinic or her mom's or 7-11 or anywhere? They didn't want her anymore.😅

These women weren't ideal women either = they were addicts who thought first of themselves, their wants (drugs and sex with this guy, obviously) - so that's why they liked him. The first lady speaking is right - EVERYONE failed Harmony, including her mother, extended family, adults who turned blind eyes - in addition to the murderer (and I'm not convinced Kayla the stepmom didn't have more involvement). Adam is in jail for decades on other charges to boot so it wouldn;t surprise me they agreed that he'd take the entire blame so she could be with his kids. None of these women deserve to have kids ever again - the kids deserve better.

Because Crystal didn't show up in Court to fight for custody of her, she was in another court dumping her other unwanted child on someone else to raise for her. Harmony should have just been put in foster care in a loving home with a good family until someone wanted to adopt her.

Because a right wing judge, appointed by a ring wing temporary governor, decided he was going to "show" those liberal types in Massachusetts. He was about to retire and he really "showed" them. He wanted to bang on about his "family values" He wanted to show that "big government interfering in people's lives" was all wrong. AND he wanted to "stop" "men from having their right to be the head of their family taken away from them by "woke" interfering liberals.". He refused to even LOOK at Adam's criminal history. ALL the lawyers involved in the case, from Crystal the birth mother, to the foster mother, the guardian ad litem, DFS, and state prosecutors were vehemently opposed to his decision. But he thought he was being clever and really "getting" them all. Then he retired on a big fat pension paid by taxpayers, and has never expressed a moment's concern about any aspect of what he did or what happened.

They left out quite a few other women. There was the one he picked up, almost instantly, in rehab. She's the one who he told, of Kayla, "she'll do whatever I want.". Rehab girlfriend liked him so much that when she was moving to Maine, she actually ASKED him to come with her. He, apparently, said, "it's too far from my children". Guess how long she stayed clean with Adam around her, directing her life. There were at least two after her. Only one of whom survived the experience. He just moved, seamlessly, from young woman to young woman. Having children all over the place. His ability to manipulate, control and beguile these women I find totally mystifying. But one after another after another, he used them, swapped them out, moved on, like some disease, destroying everywhere he went.yet he always walks away. He is the most robust and muscular heroin addict I've ever seen. It's like he sucked all the life out of these women, keeping him brutishly strapping. What on EARTH did they all see in him? Is being an addict with a 2 decade rap sheet, who lives in a car so irresistible?

The judge and state should be up there with Adam being prosecuted. Why the special treatment, above the law!?! The judge caused her horrifying, painful murder and he's off Scott free!!! It makes my blood boil and if they think nailing Adam suffices, it sure as hell doesn't!!! The foster care system is designed to do away with children. They punish them for not being aborted, they only see "brats" worth in govt assistance and I wasn't at all surprised when it came out that social workers advised them to sign Harmony onto everything, that's all it was, welfare fraud arrangement. I have even been advised by an agent to do dishonest things involving health coverage. This is the lefts corrupt waging war against children, family, healthy society. My mother was a ward of the state and Oliver case, the little boy who's body had been thrown in a suitcase off a freeway due to child protective services corruption, is just the tip of the iceberg in the system in Massachusetts, my mother told me very little bit what she did let out in later years I'm not able to repeat it's so terrifying. These jerks don't give a damn about children, they see them as something to use for govt assistance and that's the example, influence and advisement they let on to thugs, crooks, and scum such this to go do it because they give the air it's not only normal but socially promoted. The fact that she was gone for years without a school calling, a single social worker popping up, none of it surprises me and considering Maura Healey is the most corrupt piece of work going and more concerned with kicking people out of hotels for criminal foreigner aliens, little blind girls are hardly a priority!!!

@@jennizelFrom what I've seen in news coverage, the mother was supposedly in a treatment program and trying to "clean up". Supposedly. She was ill and incapable of parenting her two children at that time. I wish a family member had stepped up, and this "mom" had gotten her act together to take her back under her care. This trash is everywhere here in New England now. My mother was a product of the state, orphaned, and the evil system and deviant judges, none of it has changed! Harmony's bio mom already feels like a failure. She's the only 1 who reported her missing & cared, why do we always have to highlight who we can blame? She begged for custody not to go to Adam & instead of sinking back down to cope she kept getting clean. She had no rights but ended up writing the mayor when everyone else ignored her. The 2 years missing? 1 year after her death was the long email Crystal sent with everyone she tried to report her missing to, sent to the mayor that started the case. Meaning a year later, but with proof she was begging for help throughout that year. She's made many mistakes & her addiction is easy to point to at as bad, but I can think of many people who are 100% sober & worse human beings. They just don't know it, because it's an easy dig. Kayla, by her own admission was not a victim of DV from Adam until well over a year after Harmony was murdered. Only after Adam started to get paranoid that she was working with police in 2021. She was a conspirator to the coverup and said many times it was to protect Adam. She never GAF about the abuse Harmony was receiving-- she had total indifference. Never tried to comfort the girl, let alone protect her. The deal the DA made with her is a travesty. Why didn't they make a deal that she wouldn't go to jail for the rest of her life but get a reduced sentenced instead of full immunity?? This whole case gives me nightmares.

Trauma bond is the perfect way to describe their relationship. I would feel so sorry for Kayla and how Adam treated her, if it wasn’t for the fact that she sat idly by whilst he beat Harmony to death. It’s impossible to have any sense of empathy for a person who is capable of that. Even if she was petrified in the moment she had literally years to do the right thing and go to the police.

Where is the trial for the judge that is responsible for this evil & tragic fate!?! I've seen NOTHING, no consequences for him and he is who caused Harmony's horrying demise. Anyone could see this wasn't a qualified man and you mean to tell me a family judge who's done this for years in the court system didn't know? Didn't have alarms going off that Harmony would be safer under the care of someone who say, hasn't shot someone in the face!?! Criminals is all they are, addicts, that's all New England is anymore. But im digusted by the silence towards that judge and his apparent impunity when he's ultimately the one who did this. Where is the justice and why isn't anything being done to remove that dangerous judge!?

I can see that Kayla has a trauma bond because there is a power dynamic. She is an addict. Adam was the one who provided her drug of choice. They were in a drug psychosis of romantic delusions on the part of Kayla. Adam used the drugs to keep her under his ultimate control. Once the children came along Adam starting looking for another woman without the baggage to remind him how evil he could be. What a mess. 😢

We wouldn’t have even known about harmony without Crystal! Disgusting to blame her. She went to get treatment for her drug addiction so she could be a better mother and just wanted her daughter to be safe. The state chose to place her with Adam. Yes, she got addicted to drugs and made a poor choice to have a baby with Adam. But she fought for her daughter until the whole world knew about her. Saying she’s as guilty for failing harmony as Kayla is horrific and untrue. Kayla was right there and allowed Adam to beat harmony to death right in front of her

That so called "therapist" with the eyebrow up by her hairline is so full of it. Crystal take responsibility for Harmony's death? She, along with the foster family, all the state attorneys who were involved in the case, and all the DFS people involved in the case, FOUGHT to stop Harmony from going to Adam. But the judge, who refused to even LOOK at Adam's rap sheet, ignored everyone. Who was he? Well, he's a republican. He was appointed by a republican stand in governor around 2001. He has lots of "views" Which he decided to exercise on Harmony. He didn't like "big government interfering in people's lives" He liked "family values" he said. He didn't like that "men were being denied their rightful place as head of the family." And he made NO provision for follow up. Adam took her right off to "small government" New Hampshire. Crystal was fighting to see Harmony from the moment Harmony was taken by Adam. From even BEFORE Harmony was murdered. She went to every agency and government department in New Hampshire, and the police. They all ignored her completely. For YEARS, Harmony's murder would still be completely unknown were it not for Crystal.
