I have been to EVERY country in the world and what I learned is that most people are good. Home for me is in people and that is why I consider everyone to be my neighbor and above all, we must be good neighbors to each other and to the planet. We are seven billion neighbors sharing this single neighborhood called Earth.
Jessica Nabongo is a travel expert, photographer, writer and entrepreneur whose work is about making the travel space more inclusive. The former United Nations consultant and London School of Economics alumna got her start with traveling when she was four years old, and recently became the first documented black woman to travel to every country in the world. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx

The TED talk was too short, I enjoyed it so much , I wanted to hear more, Solo traveling is one of the best decisions in life I’ve made. No regrets.

It was amazing meeting and listening to you talking about that thing that you love doing most, travelling, during you stop in Kampala yesterday. I had to pass by here and watch this as well. I love the positive vibes you spread about the things your do and have learnt. As a Ugandan, I am very proud of you.

I've always felt comfortable around anyone. I always tell people that everything is energy, so if you think there's bad juju around you, you will surely attract it. I've never been afraid to go anywhere in the world alone. And I always tell people the world is such a beautiful place, and to stop watching CNN. They want you to fear everything instead of love everything and everyone.
