We loved our trip to Pike Place! We thoroughly enjoyed all of the little shops and stores and grabbing a cup of coffee at the world's first Starbucks! The music was lovely and the weather was wet just as Seattle likes it haha. If you ever get the chance make sure you go and visit this awesome part of Seattle, Washington!

I grew up in Seattle, and lived in the Farmer’s Market in an apartment that overlooked the Sound. I walked all over the market and bought all my fruits, vegetables, fish, and meats there. Great place for breakfast at the time was where they filmed the movie, “Sleepless in Seattle” the Athenian Restaurant. If you look at the scenes in the movie taking place in the restaurant you will see the actual staff that worked it. When I live there, you could get a complete breakfast there including coffee for only $6.00, it changed owners and now that breakfast will run you about $16.00. I’ve never been in the first Starbucks because it’s always too crowded. If you like good coffee go to Monorail Espresso on Pike Street between fifth and sixth on the North Side of Pike. It is in the Guinness Book of World Records as being the very first outdoor coffee stand in the World. I love this couple...it’s Feb 22nd 2019 and they last posted a video seven months ago...so I’m not sure if they just gave up because of the competition for viewers, and the time it takes to do these video’s or if something happened to them. If anyone knows....please comment below. If you have any questons about Seattle let me know...I’ve actually worked as a Concierge and bartender around this city and currently live by the U of W. The Market actually has three levels to it, most only make it to the first level where they sell the fruits, flowers, and vegetables. The second level there are nice shops...and the third level there have actually been haunting there. The folk tale is...if you do see the female ghost that haunts the Market’s Lower Levels...she only appears to those that are close to Death’s Door. By the way...if you do go to the Athenian for breakfast....say hello to Leanne for me, and be sure to leave her a generous tip. Dave

Dave these are amazing suggestions! Thanks for sharing!! Yep we are still around and you called it, we couldn't handle the work load for putting out videos at the time. I actually started my own company this year and life is so good. We will be coming back to KZbin the first weekend of 2020! We hope you will watch and we look forward to getting to know you! :)
