Awesome video! I was in Nepal last month…I also landed at the airport in Lukla but was in a helicopter. I could not imagine landing on that 30 degree landing strip. It is amazing how strong the porters are in Nepal. Keep the videos coming and enjoy your adventure.

Nice video.... I wast to EBC in 1985.... The willages are larger, there are more hotels, the infrastructure is better, there is internet, but the mountans are the same - and the friendliness of the people is still amazing!

Great video! My son got Kathmandu on 05/12/22 and avoided flight, he took bus then need hike three days to get Lukla. Hope you guys can meet some where. He told me he will take the three path trail which include the base camp. Looking forward more great video! My son from North Carolina.

Wow wow wow! I found you on TikTok & followed you over here. I am just in awe of this trip. I’m a bit of an Everest nut and even though I’m an avid hiker, climber & backpacker, climbing Everest is way out of my comfort zone. (and wallet😂) It never dawned on me that you could trek to base camp. Now THAT I could do haha! Loved this video so much & looking forward to all of them. I was so touched by seeing the local children & thinking of the life that they have high in mountains on the other side of the world.🥹

The airport is in good condition now. Runway is longer than it was before. Runway is made up of pitches previously it was just mud or full of potholes. Watch older videos. And they didn't have any equipment in the control tower in past.
