The entire America's Cup cycle should be put off for a year, so there can be a proper build up with a full cycle of ACWS events around the world before the Cup Regatta in early 2022. As a bonus, they can use the extra time to arrange an ACWS regatta in the US.

Definitely. The program was highly ambitious from the start. Then there was something like 6months delay because of the foil arms and other things and now months more because of the virus so even with 12 months postphonement it would still be a challenge. And yes, there should be a US regatta as well as the UK and Itally, but maybe that is stretching the teams resources too far?

What are they using the racing wheel for at 4:25? Is there a good simulator out there, that would be fun to try?

I don't know which simulator they are using, but Sail Simulator 5 is pretty good. I enjoy it decently. Never tried it with my wheel, though. Might be fun, but there aren't many boats on that game that are fast and use a wheel, so I can't say for sure.
