@pizzaman63202 жыл бұрын
But can you explain the rest of the trick?
@limitedhangoutlive2 жыл бұрын
I’ll explain how the trick works but you should practice because the technique was done very well. The card he picks randomly he ensures he puts below the red card. He knows what the red card is and has a double of that in the deck. Notice how he fixes the deck before showing you the red card. He double lifts to reveal the card under the red one. Places down the red one which is the 7 or whatever you dupe. Then he “shuffled” but the shuffle never actually moved the bottom card. He ensures he ends up at that card because that’s the duplicate. He then fans out all the cards face down and shows the red card is fhe 7 the entire time. It’s not mind blowing and any learning magician knows what he did but his technique was beautifully executed and his stage presence adds to the mystique / execution. Top notch.
@asdfkeyboard98072 жыл бұрын
The I don’t remember what force when he’s “shuffling through cards and shows a random one” is a very Sus move done in person also the deck was ordered before so it doesn’t need as much sleight of hand
@nicholasroberts78912 жыл бұрын
This trick wouldnt work with a real person randomly picking cards. He controls the red 7 of clubs on top of the blue 3 of spades, when he flips the first red card and you see the 3, hes actually Flipping 2 cards which is why he flips it back over before placing the red card down because it isnt the 3. Its a fun trick and he executes it well. It is important to keep in mind though that anytime a card magician does the "random card" thing in an online setting. The card is never random, it is always a purposely controlled card
@RurouniiJay2 жыл бұрын
This shit blows my mind i have no idea how he does it lmao
@amak23142 жыл бұрын
The very last card in the deck is a red seven of clubs. When he pulls out a random card (which is random) you’ll notice that he breaks the deck and the bottom card now gets placed onto the 3 of spades. When he gets that card to the top he actually does a double card flip so you’re seeing the 3 of spades look like the red card when it’s actually being pressed against the red 7. Then he makes it seem like the 3 of spades magically turned into a 7 of clubs
@JAYZ9992 жыл бұрын

Its a forced card, ik how this trick is done, Basically when he showed the red card for the first time it wasnt a 3 of spades It was 7 of clubs...he just put the 3 on top of it so we think the red card was 3 After he put the red card down ( 7 ) and then forced a 7 out of deck
@DuaneDelaney Жыл бұрын
The 3 of Spades was an actual random selection. There is a red 7 of Clubs on the bottom. and a blue 7Club behind it. He puts the deck on top of the 3 Spade, so the Red 7 Club is now on top of the 3S. When he finds the red card, he moves it to the top, keeping the 3S underneath the red card. For the first show, he actually pulls 2 cards from the top. You see the 3S, but the red 7C is right behind it. He puts them back on the deck and just pulls the red card to set aside (which we know is the 7C). Now he starts a shuffle, leaving the blue 7C on the bottom. When they say 'stop' he just shows the card at the bottom of the deck.. NOT a random selection. Spread them out, turn over the only red card on the table, the one you set aside earlier. Whew! Lots of practice to make this work so smoothly. He's a PRO!

@rambard5599 Жыл бұрын
First he picks a card at random, cuts the deck and places the card right under the red card. When he spreads it, all he has to do is look for the red card. They're stacked on top of each other, so the red card is actually the 7C but it looks like the 3S. Not sure, but I think he then places the 3S back on the deck, and does a false cut and shuffle (you can see he's "shuffling" the top part of the stack, but he takes the card from the bottom) in order to force the chosen card to be the 7C. At that point it doesn't matter what he does, since the chosen card and the red card are the same.

Agree completely. The one thing I will say is learning how to trick is done adds to my appreciation of the skill needed to perform it and the creativity used by whoever invented the trick. Also want to add that some of the more grander illusions and filmed street magic tricks need to be called out when they are using the camera to hide things, planted assistants in the audience or twins. Lastly I think its can be helpful to show people how easily that can be fooled by showing how a trick was done in the hopes they will be less gullible to how we are being played in real life be it by the government, media, scammers etc.

Red card at the bottom of the deck at the start - 7c. 3spades dont matter. Because he places the red card on the top of the 3spades. When he flips over the red card to show 3 spades, he does a double lift and flips 2 cards instead of 1. Places the red 7c on the table. The second time he shuffling the top off the deck and shows you the bottom card 7c which was already loaded there. So to perform this trick, its a normal deck with 7c at the bottom and another 7c(red). 1st card chosen is random the rest is all fake shuffling
