I'ma be real, sometimes you just get outsiders who have an opinion on a very popular character. I remember (as an outsider myself lol) when Miles Morales made his debut, a lot of people were angry that they made Spiderman black. nevermind that it was in Ultimate Spiderman, or that Peter Parker had died, or that superhero comics letting a character die to get replaced only to come back has become a tradition. no, they made him black because political correctness or w/e. now he's a celebrated character, people forget this shit and it's kinda infuriating. as a non-race related example, back in 1988 there was a vote via hotline by DC comics whether or not Robin should live or die in the running Batman story, and readers voted for him to die by a thin margin. nevermind that this wasn't the Dick Grayson Robin that everyone grew up with, people who didn't even read comics were mad that Robin died, like c'mon.

All Ask Air did was just say “she’s black so it’s bad” and doesn’t do anything else. All I want to say is that he presented his arguments poorly and if he’s not racist then he’s just bad at explaining things

They love using that raceswap argument but if your race as nothing to do with your characters it doesn't matter most times. "What if we make storm or black pather white?" Like dude their race is a core part of their character. People have said this all over. But he does know what a protagonist roll is right? That's the only thing that Hazel and Timmy have in common. Being the protagonist of their show. As for the whole color palette of the show. The fairly OddParents for its run time was also very colorful. Especially if you compare it to the other shows in Nickelodeon that were running at the time. SpongeBob and fairly OddParents were both colorful light-hearted funny shows. And as you mentioned yourself in plenty of others the show barely stood by his own continuity and just ignored its own rules for the sake of an episode. I've said it in other comment sections and I'll say it here. A new wish was the breath of fresh air that FOP desperately needed.

1:22 - 1:29 While I agree Chloe doesn’t seem miserable enough to get fairies, in her debut episode, it was claimed she actually *was* miserable because all of her attempts to be helpful end up backfiring, leading to nobody wanting to be friends with her. Now obviously, this doesn’t track in the episode itself or the rest of the season since everyone seems to love her. Hell, one episode was dedicated to Foop trying to get people to *hate* Chloe. Some say Hazel isn’t miserable enough for fairies, but at least the issues she's said and shown to have are consistent between episodes instead of just being said and ignored like Chloe's were.

So i'm going to repeat what i said on alpha jay's video: "So Isn't this the same guy that went on a rant about things that he hates about the ben 10 reboot where he named stuff that didn't even happen in the reboot some of which actually happened in the original series or omniverse (the reboot gets to much hate, it's pretty good, not as great as the other shows though and that isn't a bad thing. Plus, it has a decent story. And has some of the original writers and their own unique elements) If so, then this doesn't surprise me at all. I bet ask hasn't even watched a new wish. He isn't any better with Ben 10. The Ben 10 reboot while isn't as good as the four original series. It is far from bad. Hell, i would say it is very good, and i grew up on the original series. For example, the reboot has a plot (nearly everything involving vilgax, kevin, the Forever Knight, and the fulmini stuff). It has some good action (especially in the episodes after season 1). The characters have character development and growth (even characters like kevin and Glitch get who don't have many episodes, which has some character development and growth). And hell, it even has some dark shit (there is a fucking slave camp in season 1 the worst season in the show). It also brings up stuff from the other shows while still doing it's own thing. Glitch Tennyson is one of my favorite characters, and once again, i grew up on the original series and alien force. In other words ask air is just as crappy with the franchise he is supposedly a fan of." It's not that he doesn't like the shows. It's that he never gets anything about the shows correct. He is constantly wrong. He ignores context. Completely miss scenes and intirer episodes that contradicts what you say. You don’t watch the shows and we know because you get nothing right. Not mention pulling shit out of he pulls shit out his ass just to bitch even if it is something that didn't actually happen in the shows. Oh and as for dishonoring the original, both the ben 10 reboot and new wish have been praised by the original writers. Including the alien force writers by the way. It makes no sense to claim they are disrespecting the source material when the shows constantly praise the source material, the source materials writers like the shows, and some of those writers work on the shows.
