Worst thing you can ever do to wagyu meat is make it into a burger, the reason this whole trend of wagyu smash burgers and all that crap started is it's a little bit of wagyu meat mixed in to the patty. It's a fad and you just end up with the same effect as adding a bit more butter to your bun, because you will destroy the marbling cooking the meat like a burger.
