My husband was diagnosed with Grade 4 Glioblastoma while we were in England visiting family and friends. Our flight home for treatment was the worse trip home ever. When things are taken out of our hands we we have to be so flexible. It is now 11 months later. My husband is bedridden and in Palliative Care. I wish all I had to worry about was not making it for dinner. I do enjoy your adventures! You do make me laugh and I thank you for that. I am on my 4th dining table at home. I finally settled on a round one that seats 10 so my entire family can eat ,and see each other . I love the conversation across the table . This table took us three trips to get it and the chairs home. I just wish my husband could enjoy sitting at it and laughing with our family!

I understand your GPS pain. Writing to you from the "land of the great google" we generally pick a destination that we know is not on the route it's choosing, for example a closer town on route we do want. Then when we arrive there, we reroute to our final destination. Sometimes, however, you can just tap on the map route you do want and it will reroute. Doesn't always always work, which is why I suggested the other idea first. Bon chance! Glad you got home in one piece.

Why is it such a big deal if they miss a guest dinner? (they dont overcharge for there stays) Is that the only time the guests see Stephanie & Phillip?
@mireille4751Ай бұрын
It is understandable that they didn’t want to disappoint the guests. Dinner with the guests is also an appointment, a show and a meeting. It is rude to turn up late. The guests are looking forward to chatting with Stephanie and Philip because they are celebrities. This what they have paid for. When you buy a ticket for a play or an opera you are disappointed if the two main actors are not showing up.

Luckily there was some road construction and they didn’t get to the tunnel in bumper to bumper traffic . They bought that gps and learned where not to drive.
