I visited a physiotherapist ( a tiny lady who liked to talked in a babyvoice) for some times who did this kind of treatment to me . Most painfull but one of the most helpfull treatments i done so far. The most brutal thing she dose was a triggerpoint between the rips (side), i think it was a handwide underneath the armpit. When i remember correctly this was for shoulderpain (?). That was the most painful i ever felt and she holded it for 20 minutes while she talked with me in said babyvoice.... but i was painfree for month

I love the depth of education/information that is given within this series. Extremely informative. I really appreciate when the camera work follows along with the information of what is being detailed because it allows for a visual. It would be nice to have the camera follow what is being said with the camera not zooming in an out so much. Outstanding job overall. I really appreciate what you all are doing in this collab.

This is the most painful therapy I have ever had done but the most helpful. Short story I was hit by a car side swiped my body when I was 16 I am know 57 I walk wrong for 40 years and am now training my body how to walk correct. I have to have this done monthly as many times I can. The release I get from the therapy is mind blowing. Thank you I don't feel as alone as I did before watch others take the pain. Amen

I have just had work on the same area. I had needling done which has been tremendous for me,as I have RA and Fibromyalgia. I did this type of massage for years but I would get a treatment,then a migraine for days and then treatment again. I have also done acupuncture,and chiropractic. The massage really helped break up old whiplash injury in my neck and shoulders which brought back blood flow between the tissues. Trigger point needling releases everyday tension or issues from each of my chronic conditions. The release is immediate and doesn't hurt me as much as all the other ones,but they are all worth trying and enduring,because it makes such a difference in your mood,digestion,sleep,and energy levels. I watch all of your videos so I can massage my husband he has had a rotator cuff surgery a few times and the massage helps tremendously. I have try the gua sha as well and it left huge bruises,the same as cupping but chronic conditions need to be treated regularly along with excersise and it does improve your life.

I had exactly the same 25 years ago and I am still suffering, the pain is unbearable and makes me cry sometimes. I had a period of relief seeing a chiropractor but then she left and I haven't found anyone like her since 😪
@Spiessi92
@Spiessi92 2 жыл бұрын
Pleass do not go to a Chiro, it will only give short term relieve (but I can understand that even that short time, must feel incredible after your years of pain). A good physio therapist should be able to help you mobolize. As someone that has a tendency to neck pain, I always feel when I am not dilligent with the exercises I learnt or sitting with bad posture. I hope you find somebody that can help you, but please think twice or even more often about going to a chiropractor, their manipulations are not based on science and can be very dangerous.

Lord Farquaad. Some of those neck excercises I almost do anyway, self-adjusting when my neck is stiff but I will modify what I do to follow the examples here. The fingers on the jaw definitely does something, I could feel that working.

Your videos are always fun! I have one hope or suggestion really...would it be possible to have an e-sports (gamer) video? I know this seems out of context, but really, there are no videos out there for gamers (mouse & keyboard/controller users) that highlight massages for the muscles used in competitive game play. Not to mention what exercises that would accompany such deep tissue work

You guys are great.. I can only imagine the relief he feels afterwards.. I also have a question for Mytchel. Do you ever have issues with your hands and fingers doing this? I’m a hairstylist and my hands hurt sometimes but I don’t use them as hard as you do.

Yes! Another great video full of helpful information! Love the way you guys interact with each other. So much fun to watch Mytch digging into Lex. Hope the pain goes away for you now :) I remember as a kid if I would turn my neck too fast I would get a nerve pain and it would go right into my jaw and tongue! Whole tongue would tense up and man that was painful. Been a while since that happened, but I never asked anyone about it. Looking forward to your next videos!

Lord Farquar. 🤣😂🤣 I've have neck and shoulder pain for years. whenever an enthusiastic masseuse gets stuck into it, I have to "breathe through the pain." Literally imagine myself in some other place, and forcefully ignore the pain. It doesn't always work, but when it does, its like I'm disembodied and unresitive. I don't recommend it, as far too often I end up super bruised and face a secondary extended recovery which is not pleasant, especially at age 56.

you need a more upright bike... something like a naked or adventure bike will keep you far more comfortable over long distances... doesn't have to be anything fancy either, can be like a CB500X/f or any of the 600 naked bikes that have much more upright ergonomics.. hell, even most cruisers are set up with decent ergos these day.
