I’m a freshman at the rose hill campus. I’m from nyc so I’m used to certain personalities, while not so much with others. I’m so excited to attend fordham and ace my classes. But everyone is so optimistic there, like it feels weird. I’m working on adjusting to them tho. Hopefully I have a good time and make friends. (Scared I won’t)

The wifi is not bad anymore. The food is rough in the caf but if you go to other areas to eat like Cosi the food is actually pretty good.
@robertl2484 жыл бұрын
The only other bad thing besides food is that since its a catholic school the rules are pretty strict. There are workarounds though. So for example, they don't allow you to sign in someone overnight of the other gender but you can just get a friend of the other gender to sign your friend in for you.

Im interesting in Fordham but is it real what they say about the limitations of freedom?
@robertl2484 жыл бұрын

This school is full of intolerant, ignorant people that oppress free speech and the right to defend yourself. Look up what they did to Austin Tong for posting a picture on social media of a police chief that was killed and a picture of him holding a lawfully owned firearm. Like most universities they don't want diversity of thought or any debate of ideas. Indoctrination is the first word that comes to mind.

@daro45602 жыл бұрын
@Coco Chanel bro that’s what financial aid is for. Now any poor kid that gets accepted is able to attend. You don’t need the newest computer or the nicest notebooks to do well. I got into brown, and I received financial aid. I used these mostly blank notebooks that I had used in high school, and I had a small cheap laptop. If I didn’t feel motivated to study, I’d just go to the library and concentrate there. I am now an staff accountant intern for MetLife stadium.
