Definitely a hard DUST on the multiple messages! If I wanted my leg massaged I would do it properly. Like Skin, I too enjoy a good paragraph. Very underrated. Spaces where needed, caps where needed, good punctuation... damn... 😍

My overused gag: A cashier asks me if I would like a receipt after I've bought something. If I were a normal person, every single time this happens, I would answer "yes, please" or "no, thanks" like a decent human being. But no. I am a low-grade sociopath, so on a regular basis I will instead answer with a joking "no, I don't think I'll need to prove this" when I'm buying a soda from the gas station.

Was about to suggest coming to Belgium for your french fries / chips, but I'd understand if that trip is a little too much. On the other hand, if 3 to 4 bussiness years is acceptable, coming to Belgium is a short trip :'D !! Great podcast once again, guys =D

"The concept of ride or die emerges in 1990s hip-hop as a modern, urban take on the legendary outlaw couple Bonnie and Clyde. The term "my ride or die" refers to someone who is extremely loyal, and is willing to support their friend, or loved one no matter the situation."

Best "chips" are seasoned curly fries or battered fries with sea salt and black pepper. But the Canadian maritimes serves their chips with stuffing and gravy on top as standard, which I absolutely love

My name is Raymond, so in loud pubs I usually introduce myself by saying "I'm Raymond, like the show 'everybody loves Raymond'"... It's also a good way to start a conversation because it's a pretty bad show so they'll pretend they liked it or something and I'll be like "don't worry, I think it's a horrible show too". But if they have never heard of that show, they're probably too young and I should stay away lol....... I never thought of it as a pickup line till I became friends with a girl I met that way, and she started introducing me as "the guy who used "everybody loves Raymond" as a pickup line".....

Well, guys there are over 5000 (five thousand, not a typo) different variations of potatoes. Given that big industrial agriculture uses maybe 5-20 variants, you still can't really say who has the best chips. Because a different potato variant does taste a little different. So if chipshop/restaurant/whataever A gets potato variant XY at some point but variant YZ the next time they get a potato delivery, the chips will taste different despite seasoning. (frozen ones from the big companies you buy at the supermarket are almost always the same in taste because they are adamant to get the same variant of potato every single time when they buy potatoes. That's one of the most important things to industrially made food, because it's kind of their branding. And the food industry does a lot of strange things to make sure their products do taste the same every single time.

Overused phrase: "And that's Mickus over there. He films and chimes in when we need him" About time to promote him to official co-host position! Half the laughs created come from everyone laughing along with his endless laughter 😅
@nirfz6 ай бұрын
For the overused phrases: Where i live, the eye roll phrase for me and many others translates to "at the end of the day..." (that's the litteral translation, a one just for similar use is "what it comes down to is...") And it's so overused everywhere here that it's annoying. And it doesn't really help when you stop people right after the phrase and tell them "it's night!" Most of them don't get it. (->at the end of the day night starts.)
