I was really upset when the meta of this game turned to just walking back and zoning the entire game I love DC and I always wanted to beat someone face in with Batman and black canary. The most hype moments come from footsies and neutral and I feel like that’s why this game got boring quick I’ve literally watched matches where starfire and dead shots don’t throw one punch

Right? It's so much fun having 2 close-combat characters go up against eachother. I love using Black Canary so much, but it's damn near impossible when 99% of the online users are Superman, Cyborg, Starfire, Deadshot, or Darkseid zoners.

That's why my favorite character to watch is Wonder Woman. Her zoning isn't good enough to constitute walking back forever, but she has it. So unlike Black Canary she can respond to projectiles with her own projectiles and her long-reaching whip. And then when a skilled player gets in and gets a hit in (like Akromaniac) then the flashy combos come out. I love it.

FYI (don't know if someone already mentioned it) but that Cyborg costume is actually his most "naked" setup (meaning zero armor add-ons), and those are transformed epics (the actual gear pieces for that look are all common) and he used the Nth Metal shader... I know 'cause that's how my Cyborg looks (even though I never play him and I used his basic head and his unique for the gun), and I even use those same epics (Z-1.0 for head, Z-2.0 for chest, etc...) as base for the transforms... Not surprising someone else got the idea, 'cause that's the best looking Cyborg you can get (all of his gear looks like identical shit)... ironically, it's quite hard getting all those commons... xD Anyways, just a fashion sidenote =P
