If any adventurers ever defeat him the whole structure falls down dramatically, but it's fine as long as he's living there. Y'know, standard BBEG rules. They don't get out. They're LIFELONG good friends... briefly. Then Liam crushes them into the roof with the hydraulic press beds, absorbs their souls to ensure his continued load bearing abilities, disposes of the bodies in the liquified stove and toilet, and prepares the rooms for his next victims.
