I felt like this for so long. Connection truly is the key to keeping it from driving us to really difficult emotional places.

i could relate to this video with all your talking about with vulnerability when being someplace when seeing areas relating to what happened with some triggers bringing back memories in thoughts of anxieties, humility, and a lot of shame from what happened, and had to accept, and endure when it all happened many times ,and then keeping it to myself as a secret, and fear, shame of them learning of all what happened in areas of place, and also other places at the wrong times with no escape from it all😐

I could relate to all your talking about with when I was asked if I would voluntarily go into a meeting in conference room, and have a seat in front of college students and by answering questions as they go around room being asked by each student, and to answer at the best of my ability which I agreed to give it a try,and it didn’t go well for me as I clamed up😐around by the third woman because I think it was what was asked of me or just might’ve been like stage fright in front of all these women in there,as it was bad enough just walking inside the room as all women were all sitting around conference table and welcome to have a seat, and I think by answering the first two women’s questions set the humility, shyness, and shame off in my mind at the same time, and then the third woman ask a sensitive question that set something off in my mind thinking it wasn’t good to ask,and after claming up😐was escorted out of room with feeling very shameful, and humiliated with butterflies 🦋 🦋and quisiness🥵and was told not to worry about it because happens because of not being prepared for this meeting as it was on spur of the moment, and you will most definitely improve with practice 📖

I could relate to all your talking about as much memory of it all comes back frequently which is unavoidable because of the ways it all was handled because what was said treatments needed, and were exposure treatments 🥵 which i say eventually becomes addictive in many ways not knowing what to do about because of anxieties, behaviors, sometimes fears, angry because of want it to be kept secretively but sometimes wanting to escape it all 🦋 but only to realize faced with practice to getting some😮 relief

Sharing your voice is powerful! I'm not sure what you mean by the way you talk but I've heard you talk and there is absolutely nothing to be ashamed of. ❤️

I say great video to understand what it’s all about when this all takes place when saying the wrong thing at the wrong time, and the shame comes on,and is unexpectedly happening, and what it meant for me,and what sort of could’ve happened if realized at the same time🧩🦋☺️
