I've always liked Tsuru even if we haven't really seen it I can only assume she must be a monster since she could stand shoulder to shoulder with Garp and Sengoku. What really sold me was back in Dressirosa during Law's flashback seeing how Doflamingo practically ran with his tail between his legs just hearing her name. I wonder if it's possible that her fruit is stronger than we give it credit for or maybe she's just incredibly strong herself and the fruit is just an added bonus.

This is one of the more bizarre, and very niche, Devil Fruits for sure. But Tsuru has made it work for her purposes quite nicely. Great connections to upcoming fruits from the Dress Rosa arc and previously covered fruits with Kalifa's Awa Awa no Mi and Alvida's Suba Suba no Mi. I am looking forward to seeing Sengoku's rarely displayed, but immensely powerful, Devil Fruit next time.

People disregard that Garp is also a vice admiral that have the power of a admiral but only uses STRONG HAKI, so vice admiral Tsuru also posses a strong Haki that can compete to the level of an admiral aside from her devil fruit!! If the wash-wash fruit only effect is really to make make Luffy more generous and more pure, I say that would be a waste compare to Miss Goldenweek paint brush techniques. Since the color ability can already make people pure, you shouldn't consider that fruit. If That little girl has both brush and other type devil fruit, it would be more of bonus than that. To conclusion, if wash wash fruit vs paint brush skill, I prefer being an artist!

One can presume that her power turns people wet and then she squeezes the soap along with all the evil out of them.
