Bivol clearly won 7 or 8 rounds. People talk about Beterbiev's aggression, but for the most part it wasn't effective aggression. Fights aren't supposed to be scored on facial damage. Some fighters mark-up easier than others. If Beterbiev had the facial damage you wouldn't be making an issue of it.

No one is talking about Bertebievs corner and who came into the ring and lifted him after his win. That is why he won.

Eh? Seemed the correct decision to me Cobra. Bivol was looking like the older man the last two rounds and seemed to be just getting through it.

The question you genuinely have to ask is if bivol lost this match what else is he supposed to do to beat beterbiev? I genuinely can’t understand how beterbiev won this at the very least I would’ve scored it a draw
@gungrave10Ай бұрын
This is the same case with GGG with Canelo. Biev landed more total punches in 6 round compared to Bivol 5. Biev landed more power punches in 5 round to Bivol 6. If we scored it by who lands more total & power, Bivol had 5 rounds Biev had 5 rounds. 2 rounds were 1 person land more on total.punch, one person lands more on power punch. You understand now?
@ItIswhatitisbrodieАй бұрын
@@gungrave10 bro all I’m saying is there’s no way Biev won more than 6 rounds at the VERY most. For me it was 7-5 bivol or 6-6. How can a judge score 116-112 meaning bivol won only 4 rounds😂😂😂
@gungrave10Ай бұрын
@@ItIswhatitisbrodie Yes, the 8-4 is too big. But you don't understand why Biev won. So I explained it to you. 7-5 is fair for both fighter.

The problem with modern scoring is aggression AKA just going forward but doing very little being seen as a positive
