Smackdown 2s career mode was just so ahead of its time back in 2000-2001. I couldn't tell you how many hours I put into the game. But it had to be over 1k plus! Shit was sooooooo dam good!

You forgot the SYM cutscene of Undertaker dragging Hulk Hogan by his motorcycle, which was rumoured to be a myth FOR THE LONGEST TIME-- seriously, some people thought the whole cutscene wasn't real at all-- until a friend of mine (shout out Nick Gemini) actually found the full cutscene and explained how you could trigger it in season mode.

Post Match attacks actually were a thing before 2k16! They were in SVR 2011 if you had cinematics on, which included pre-match attacks, match restarts, stipulation changes, denied handshakes, a rival showing up after the match to taunt on stage, and the loser being carried out on a stretcher.

Here's one I remember experiencing and upon research back then, others had too. In SvR 11 RTWM, there was a challenge match against Chris Jericho in a submission match. I think you were playing as Rey and on Legend difficulty it was impossible to win this match because Rey didn't have a submission finisher. You had to either lower the difficulty or give Rey a submission finisher

Incorrect. Every wrestler has submission moves. It's right stick in to perform one on a grounded, groggy or grappled wrestler.

Yeah. They had this superstar head thing where you can create characters by giving them different superstar body parts, which is different to a full-blown CAW mode. Different superstar heads can be unlocked in Season Mode. These superstars included the Smackdown 1 models of Undertaker, Stevie Richards and Godfather among others. Unlockables included heads for Goldust, Jeff Jarrett, Earl Hebner and others.
