This mod has become my favourite way to play X-com, the build up to become baseline X-com from the normal game is too entertaining and puts things in perspective as to why goverments cant stop terror attacks.

@@wittyattemptatcircumventin3572 thank you! That was actually my favorite part of the song to make! The subtle synthesized strings were a staple of both X-COM and the X-Files back in the day and really conveyed a feeling of what I would call mystery and dread, when I wrote this piece and listened to it, it immediately took me back to the late 90s. If you like both the X-Files and X-COM soundtracks the original Master of Orion has a few similar tracks.

Also I just got onboarded to a new dev group for a game about paramedics, I will likely be doing the music for it as well. Keep an eye out in the next year or two for more music from me.

@@Grim-bx3ox Your take on it reminded me of the synth portions of X-COM Apocalypse soundtrack, which also did mystery ambience very well. Best of luck with your future projects... but if you ever get the inexplicable urge and free time to "update" the other geoscape tracks, I'm sure a lot of people would appreciate it! Or at least I would.
