I think they made the best film couple ever, out all other contenders. They had a chemistry between they knew how to work, mainly by letting their genuine feeling for each as people come into the characters they played. You cant beat genuineness -- it wins out every time.

Who tels us that csm is the bilogical father of William ? Csm in person ? And you believe this umblelivable dipshit liar ? who tells us that he does not say that because he considers himself to be the spiritual father of this child just because he gave Dana the opportunity to be a mother ? who tells us that csm did not take sperm from mulder when the extraterrestrial virus was reactivated in him in the two parter "sixth extinction" ? or that he didn't mix mulder's sperm with alien dna, then he made modifications to the chip implanted in the back of the dana's neck and then impregnated her with mulder's semen in "en ami"? or even simpler, maybe he just changed the parameters of her chips, to make dana fertile again, he genetically modified her ovaries. and then let things happen naturally in "all thing" (one episode later) in which M/S are supposed to have slept together for the first time ?
