Dont buy the Pioneer version, i just got it, the coner cutting is not good, and its tooooo fast so it can make u lock up , and the extra magnets dont let the cube auto alines. Get the flagship

one thing completely unrelated to the topics of these videos that is very useful for me is your solves. from what i gather you average around 13-14, whereas i average 16-17. despite this large difference, we both arrive at the last layer at about 10 seconds. this shows me i need to work on my last layer, so thank you! (even though it’s not what you were trying to do 😂)

The main thing they needed to do was either cast metal rods, inside the brittle, clear plastic arms of the tv3, or else change the plastic used for those arms, for something less brittle, tougher, with a bit of flex. But the amount of times I've seen posts about snapped cores in the tv3 is crazy. It's a great cube, but you can feel how fragile it is, so I always hold back a bit, when I use my tv3. I prefer just about any Moyu 3x3 that has core magnets; Because you can just give it 100%, and KNOW it won't break, unlike the tv3. It IS stil a great cube. But I don't think I'd bother upgrading from a TV3 to TV4, if they don't fix the issue with the core snapping. Repelling edge magnets are cool... But repelling edge-magnets on a cube with s snapped core, aren't any better than a cube with a snapped core WITHOUT repellling edge-magnets... In other words, you need to fix those fundamental, foundational problems, before bother with fancy features. Your car can have the coolest seats, and craziest induction set-up imaginable... But if the chassis is known to just fall apart with normal use, fancy seats and induction are 100% worthless.

it is a good idea to not change the cubes performance cuz it already has the best performance. And also good to change the magnet adjustment system. Overall its a pretty good cube so can't wait for the v4.

i really hope that that they do implement edge magnets because my biggest problem with the v3 was that it didn't fit my turning style because the magnets were too strong so it took a lot of force for me to turn it. so i really hope that if they do add those edge magnets then it'll be a lot more preferable for me. don't know if anyone else feels the same way but that's just my opinion

"The new cube isn't that exciting." Good. I don't want "exciting". I want actual improvements on an already-working formula. Sturdier adjustment and more convenient magnet adjustment (and hopefully a more durable cube) are the things that made me wait for the v4 all these years. But the real feature I'm hoping for is taking cue from DaYan and make us choose the size.
