Thanks 👍 Well that would depend on what you need and/or your personal preferences for interior qualities. Starting with the first. If you either need 6/7 seats or massive space than there's no discussion. Go XC90. If not then there's still a battle. That takes us to interior. There's a huge difference here. The 90 series offers more. (Some are part of a trim level or additional extra). Like the leather wrapped dashbord. In the 90 series it also includes leather on top of all door cards. Then you'll get a integrated sun cover on the 2nd row. You'll also get better noise insulation in the 90. Additionally the sun visors are wrapped in fabric, or option in leather. (It's plastic in XC60). There's also stronger headlights in the XC90. If you prefer these interior qualities then I would go 90. If this isn't so important then 60 are just as good. Then the final call would be driving experience. The XC90 are the cruise ships, while the XC60 are more like a yacht or part time speedboat. The XC60 are not comfortable, but more enjoyable when the roads gets twisty 👍 Test them and see what you prefer.

@@volvo_kristian tusen takk for your objective feedback! I also considered many of your points. In the end, we went for the XC60 as I prefer the total package. Driving experience; I would say it is good with it not being a sporty car, but nimble enough for some fun. Refinement; air suspension and insulated windows helps the XC60 make up some ground in terms of comfort and sound insulation. Space; as a family of 3, the extra space did not add too much weight to the pros/cons, but the larger footprint of the XC90 would make daily parking and school car parks more challenging. Price; we got a good deal on the XC60, coming in at nearly €30k / 350,000 NOK cheaper than the XC90 specification we wanted. With the money saved, I will be shopping for a Saab or Volvo project car next spring 😉

@user-ie8mm6zx2i Yeah, but as far as I know he wasn't fired because the design wasn't good.. According to what I've heard he got fired because it was too similar to the XC90.. The EX90 design wasn't a revolution, more evolution.. And maybe Volvo wanted something more different, and new!

@jacekszostek3528 It's hard when the XC90 looks as good as it already does 👍 Even 10 years after launch. And why should it matter to me that Kris cancelled his order? 🤣 He has his reasons. Same with the Macan cancellation.. That doesn't mean I care, or agree. We're all different, and have different preferences when car shopping.

EX90 is not going to make same success like XC90 Kia ev9 is the king in this segment

@jacekszostek3528 Depends what market we're talking about.. The Kia EV9 are great, but seems slightly overpriced.. It's starts at 900.000 NOK for a GT line, but for 150.000 more you get a good equipped EX90.. That's much more luxurious in terms of interior qualities.
