huge nerf and massive L, the reason we have 3 flashes is that they are inconsistent by nature. How many times have we flashed out a guy we know is sitting in a corner and then he takes cover behind something dumb like a cup on a table and somehow doesn't get blinded at all? Flashes are broken when used to take extremely fast map control by coordinated teams yes, but the lack of one flash grenade across 2-4 operators is going to be a big deal when it comes time to actually get the case down and flush out power positions.

This has nothing to do with the ying change. This is mainly to stop completely burning ads. Tye ying change will not be very effective at semi decent ranks. Maybe in coppers if they throw a candela and don't even play of that.
