I loved this video. I was wondering if you've watched Jason Gregory's video on the eight limbs of yoga? Also have you thought about doing a video on his book called 'Fasting the Mind'? That is if you've read it?

Thanks for spreading love for our ancient culture. Small suggestion: Yama and Niyama are pronounced as Yama and Niyama as such, not Yaaama and Niyaaama. Sound plays an important role in Samskritam.

I find Surrendering to the divine to be a combination of Contentment, and spiritual awareness. Therefore the last pillar feels redundant.
