Zamor Curved Sword really shines as an offhand weapon. The weird timing of the R1s consistently catches people off guard, and is particularly effective against QS & BHS users and backstab fishing attempts. It’s situational but it has its uses.

The Icerind Hatchet might actually be congruent with the lore. There’s a lot of evidence that the Zamor Knights are servants of frost dragons like Borealis. It explains why they have seemingly no connection to Full Moon sorcery, why they’ve been fighting an ancient war against the Fire Giants (the giants chased the native frost dragons from the Mountaintops and stole their land), why the forces of the Erdtree were okay with allying with them, and why a Zamor Knight can be found in Leyndell randomly guarding the spirit ashes of Ancient Dragon Knight Kristoff. The motif on the Hatchet’s hilt also looks similar to the one on the Zamor Curved Sword, too.

You use it in the offhand for style and the ash. In the main hand you use the Flowing Curved Sword with Sword dance. This build is named the North Pole Dancer.

Using sword dance after an offhand Zamor curved sword swing will result in your torso doing a complete 360 while your legs remained planted. Secret tech.

Hey, lost... I've heard that if you use the Zamora sword in your left hand that you still do the spinning attack. Is this true, and does it still get the super armor?

@@Patrick-bn5rp it still sucks. You have to use the r1 more like a running attack to roll catch as opposed to using the hyper armor. And the damage is not great. Good luck.

I would love to use the weapon, it's just for a CGS the reach is pathetically low, the dancing moveset (while cool looking) doesn't really do it any favours imo.

The zamor curved sword Is NOT an ivasion weapon, it is a dueling weapon for mixups, fuckups and mindfucks with is unique moveset and aow thats no one ever expects Also, poise and defense is VERY important for this weirdly shaped sword since this weapons is meant for trading

Could you make Death-by-Snu-Snu build for PvP? Apparently. it's a bit memmy Futurama refference. In my opinion, it's a build with muscular female character in barbarian clothes, handling big club with Ground/Golden Slam ash and rock throwing incantations. I played with it, and it was hard. With kinda meta dex/arc build my invasion win/lose rate is like 3/7, but with it was like 1/10, but very funny. Some guys even let me kill them with slams.

I wish frost magic were incantations so you could do FULL zamor themed ice attacks without carrying around a dumb stick. Hope there's ONE int catalyst thst isn't a staff in the dlc. Not saying I want another Chrystal talisman like ds3, in this game having that access would be busted, but lemme cast spells with my bare hand like incantations, ya know?
