Zeno is by far the most powerful being in dragon ball history. But this status comes at a cost. Zeno has indirectly created multiple issues in the dragon ball series. One of them involves powerscaling. But why is this so? Qaaman answers this anime and manga related problem about zeno today.

Xeno is basically the main God of Destruction and he even has an Angel attendant... Xenos only reason to exist is to destroy universes because he is the only being that can do that... Xeno hasnt been seen creating anything... and since he doesn't destroy universes often he's extremely bored all the time... another way to look at Xeno is that he's basically us, the audience... especially during the TOP.... another reason Xeno is childlike is because an adult would become corrupt with absolute power

They stopped Goku from approaching him after the U6 arc, but then retreated without an issue when Zeno said it was fine.

I was always kinda hope something would have happened between the Grand Priest and Zeno where they had a disagreement and we’d see who really controls the multiverse. During the ToP I never thought Zeno even once knew what he was doing, other then erasing Frost. Considering that face the GP makes when universe 9 was erased seemed WAY to smug to be just be “oh well on the next one”. Plus it be VERY satisfying to see the GP smug face drop when Zeno says “no I wanna do this”.

I think that you have a great point here but a bigger issue here I think is the consequences of the fighters actions even if the final set in stone outcome is a negative one. Looking at the goku black arc now I feel the writers might have ultimately wanted to kill off that timeline all together everything including trunks but backpedaled due to the popularity of future trunks and that made them second guess the decision so we got the ending we got because of the writers and or publishers didn't have the nuts to go through with killing off the entire timeline including the popular character in future trunks. Can't have a fan favorite character get killed off all together. The heroes doing everything they could to help but not winning the day would have been much more impactful and a beautiful ending even if it came at the cost of a fan favorite character because it would have shown that as powerful as vegeta and goku are they might not always be able to save the day and lives could be lost permanently and a negative outcome ultimately that is what the Dragonball franchise has lacked for a while. The signs were there but they thought of the fans backlash at the ending the writers came up with initially and made them change the ending. Good characters or morally good doesn't need to always win out. So a missed opportunity truly to show the consequences of all the physical fighting with not killing off future trunks and that timeline all together. Goku being pure of heart but loves fighting caused goku black to be born in the first place that should have been heavily expressed from whis after the negative outcome. The very same guy that saved your life but your willingness to fight opponents cost future trunks his life and his timeline. Your power and or fists can't solve everything Goku. You have great power goku but you don't need to seek out strong fighters all the time. Goku's nature is a blessing but also can be a curse for others as shown if future trunks had died off. I haven't read the manga so I don't know the stories of grenoliah gas or moro well other than what I heard but things always end out positive for everyone even if the outcome that should logically stick is ultimately negative. Zeno is ok to me if he just spectates everything like you said. It just looks good for zeno to have bodyguards because he's not formally trained in hand to hand combat.

Why wouldn't Xeno need bodyguards? Either it is to stop anybody that would upset him and (by trying to harm him or something) make him mad and erasing some universe in a tantrum, or it is literally to stop someone from killing him. Maybe Xeno works under the same rule of "if we catch you off guard, you can be killed" like how Goku gets hurts when he lets his guard down.

My headcannon is that first, there is someone superior to Zeno(something like his father and possibly a mother too), second, thiis superior figure is the only one who can naturally see the alternative timelines of the universes and doesn't interfere with the timeline that can actually survive as intended. In a way if Zamasu had actually managed to complete his plan he probably would have either ascended and see how much he fucked up or erase himself since he would be breaking the structure of the existence he is part of.

Think back to the problem with Monaca, everyone believed that Goku would lose the will to fight, if there was not someone stronger to reach. For some reason excluding beerus. But then Zeno comes, and like was said in battle of God's movie: Goku says it's frustrating this is a power I can't reach naturally on his own by training. Goku is just fine that Zeno is undefeatable, doesn't make sense to me.

Qaaman, did you ever watch Saitama vs Goku by MaStar media? It lead into his Anime War vid and while its all super crazy headcanon, I actually liked how he handled Zeno and his version of Goku Black. He introduced his version of Goku Black when we only knew the name before the arc began and despite the craziness, he kind of made a more interesting version of what we got, especially at the anime war transition when he introduced the Dark Gods of Destruction from the previously erased Universes. By the end, that question about Zeno's bodyguards is answered in a clever way.

I like to think Shenron and the other wish granting dragons are the real gods of the Dragon Ball multiverse. The mortal bodies of the dragons that are summoned by the Namekians and other beings are just a shell the dragons temporarily inhabit. In the world they live in when not summoned they have no limitations and anything anyone wishes for in that dimension becomes real. The cosmos the Supreme Kai and other deities inhabit was ultimately born from the wishes of the dragons. This is how I always imagined things before Super expanded on the cosmology.

It'd be fitting if the one being comparable to Zeno's power is a dragon god who literally created the world of Dragonball. I think zeno is the most powerful. But I don't think he is durable. I don't think he is fast at erasing either. And that's why he has bodyguards. I like to think he could get assassinated or even beaten in a fight, if he is too slow to use his powers (he couldnt keep up with the fighting in the tournament of power) This is pure head canon and just my theory for now

The best way to get rid of Xeno is to get rid of Beerus and Whis.... Beerus needs to go back to sleep like he was for all of Dragonball and that would bring back some tension to the series... I believe I heard it somewhere before but Zeno is basically a representation of the fandom. The reason why he is an immature child-like being is because Dragon Ball is largely made for children and young teens. It started as a show/manga for elementary school children and eventually transitioned to a fictional piece of media to older children and young teens of ages 13-15 when Z came around the bush. Due to changing times and changes in censorship the amount of things they could show were restricted. Zeno is basically a message to older fans that we shouldn't take the series seriously.

It's not just goku black and zamasu that should have been dealt with by zeno the angels and the gods but even somebody like majin buu was allowed to kill the kai's. Zeno restoring everything and erasing Zamasu and Black for treason makes sense, because he was wiping out all of the Gods in turn making the Angels lay dormant which I’m POSITIVE is very noticeable especially when the very multiverse is set off balance

I disagree with all of this. The lore basically stands that Zeno, the Angels and GODs have always been there. No one surpassing them changes nothing. Why do we need Zeno surpassed now when he's not even a fighter? Plus, Zeno erased the future timeline with Zamasu because the universe was ruined by a god, not because Goku needed some random villain beaten. Lastly, it's because of that ability and fear set in by the ToP that randomly calling on Zeno to fix problems is handled. There's no fear of Zeno fixing single -universe threats when he destroys planets for boardgame play...

I hate Zeno as a character, both the g.o.d.'s and angels are implied to be good fighters and martial artists, including the Grand Priest. But with Zeno he's just powerful and that's it, he has no fighting ability. I hate that he's like a child being the god of everything in the multiverse, the only thing I could see negating this is for Zeno to fight he fuses with his guards (who are part of his true self) if he's ever threatened and is forced to fight or Zalama the god of the Super Dragonballs can negate anything Zeno does with the super Dragonballs. And since the dragon is on the same level as the creator of the dragonballs this could imply Zalama is ever stronger than Zeno. Plus Zeno is just a step higher than the g.o.d. So is the Grand Priest the angel for Zeno who is a greater destroyer than Beerus and the other destruction gods?

I believe there is someone that is greater than Zeno. Similar to how Koenma from Yu Yu Hakusho has his father above him. Zeno has shown to destroy not create, so it's possible that his father creates.

Yeah Trunks's timeline essentially never made a lick of sense whatever. Especially when it came to the gods. King Kai nor Goku never contacted Gohan or Trunks in the future. And no one (God or Angel wise) noticed Black killing the Supreme Kais, therefore the GODs. Ya think Whis, Vados, or some angel would immediately alert the Grand Priest.

I think you overlooked something massive. Zeno has never been showed to take an attack. I think he is actually very weak and has human child durability. Thats why the guards are so jumpy.
