Saying Snap Kick isn’t a passive because you have to activate it means that Genji, Hanzo and Mercy’s passives aren’t passive either.

@@Zephuru All of them are passives attached to an action. All characters can hold space when falling, it just doesn't do anything for them unless they have a passive. If Genji gets a passive that lets him jump higher, it IS a passive. They're passive because they're unlike abilties: you can't choose to use them specifically, you have to use the action associated with the passive. You can't glide without holding space, for example. Or double jump without tapping space twice. You can't do Zen's extra damage and knockback without using quick melee.

@@Zephuru it’s a passive because they are attached to the basic actions in the game. Everyone can do melee attacks, but zen’s passive gives him more damage and knockback for it. Everyone can jump but genji’s passive allows him to do it twice
