I read their announcement as indicating that all other carriers were going to get a concealment nerf rather than the Zuiho getting a concealment buff. That is, the concealment will "normalize" by the others coming in line with it. Who knows. We'll see in a couple weeks.

I think it’s exactly that. Legends CV Concealment is Ridiculous and has been since launch. My favorite example is how they took a 14.96 km Base Detect (On PC Wows) 270-meter long Lexington heavy carrier and somehow allowed it ; (via crazy concealment stacking) to get UNDER 7.0 km, here… such that it can literally Outspot ‘Gunboat build’ DD’s, like my buddy Solisto’s Khabarovsk, in one battle we played ! Bringing the CV Detections more in line with the reality of their massive sizes will be a great balance change, I think. 👍

@@AlekTrev006 It's interesting. I don't have strong feelings about it. It doesn't make any difference at all in game play . . . much like CV's themselves. I tend to think their concealment is ok given what they're doing--carriers attacked over the horizon. If you've got the RPF indicator, the carrier is screwed no matter what.

I hardly see carriers anymore except at tier 7 and I don't think this will make any difference in the lack of carriers in gameplay.

Well looks like ur wrongish every single time I boot up a Tier 5 CV there is always a zuiho for 30 matches straight each a different person i checked so yes the CVS died down after the release of each line but CV players are digging it

@@doomguy.23frommars60 Haven't seen the Zuiho yet and I just played about 10 games. I did see some in couple Tier 3 matches but none at 5/6.

And you said this wouldn’t be entertaining… great game xarkun! You should try out the german cv’s on pc :P not only Bc of their AP bombs and rockets but also Bc you can run full secondaries on them and ruin any DD’s day that thinks a cv is an easy kill. The Russian cv’s aren’t the only op cv on pc lol

You saw how poor I am with in game resources there. Would take me a long time to grind up the German line. Although I do have like 100k free xp… 🤷‍♂️

@@Xarkun all you can do about that is just to keep playing ig… it can be quite the grind I’m currently grinding for the tier 10 Italian bb and Im broke rn lol But yeah I recommend the Americans and Germans are probably the best starting line for cvs… Americans having the most HP and good rocket/bombers while the Germans well… yeah AP bombs/rockets, armor and secondaries as well as very fast planes

@@Xarkun I would rather see M’Lord in the PC German Battleships ! As early as the Tier-3 Nassau (barely any time to get to her), and with a 10-13 Point Commander, you should be able to produce a Full Secondary Build setup that largely (hilariously 😬) outperforms most Legends Brawler setups we can muster, currently ! I think you can extend PC Nassau Secondaries to 5-km, but you also get 38mm HE pen on your Casemate 150’s, plus can get the amazing Manual Target-Selection for Secondary Batteries skill ! That alone makes brawling dramatically better, and we desperately need it in Legends. 🤞

Seems like a waste of time compared to the Ryujo, other than getting the weekly crate - if you don’t have a tier V premium.

CV's meta in a nutshell: if u are a cv, do nothing, fly around and spot all the enemy team for free, without any risk/reward mechanics involved, if something goes wrong you are only playing against AI driven AA submitted to the stats and you have a concealement buff.........so basically hwo needs destroyers anymore? F*** You have infinite planes!!!!
