FYI, you can still have 10% Zygarde with Power Construct by either choosing "With Zygarde and the Zygarde Cube" to add 90 more cells to a 10% Zygarde, or by using the Zygarde Cube on a Power Construct Zygarde since it allows Zygarde with that ability to freely change forms between 10 and 50%

Does Magearna really require the internet to be up? I thought the QR codes were coded to the cart.

I guess not! I was under the impression they were not, thought I read it that way but if no internet is needed and it's coded to the cart it should be obtainable offline yeah, sorry about that! Thanks for the reminder!

Yup just checked. Every pokemon has its own QR code programmed into the game. No internet connection necessary.
