DJ... I have the SAME theory! Nice to hear someone else shares this belief!

Except it looks like our theories slightly diverge. I re-created a scale model of 34FV (with diaper boxes and toddler toys 😂) and the visibility is fully blocked by the Ford edge.

Hey Mr. DJ - one major flaw with your theory of what happened: it was not a fact that John was deceased when he was "put" on the lawn. He could have lived. He could have told what happened. Not calling in an accident because John would have told doesn't work if John had lived, and he could have lived under the circumstances. There was no guarantee of silence. Of course hos long to die in cold may have rendered John silent, but someone could have driven by and saved him. Too risky. IOW if they didn't want John to talk, they would have made absolutely sure he couldn't talk.

Hi Fluidx, thank you for writing me. Yes, we are in agreement, I didn't get to completly flesh out my hypothesis out of respect for the other panelists not wanting to take over the show. So you and I are in agreement, they needed JOK not to wake up and explain what happened (assuming he didn't have short term memory loss). This is why they wanted to put him outside, hence the "hos long to die in cold" 2:27 search. They did not invite JOK there to commit murder as has been suggested. They invited him to have a fight with Higgins. Something went awry, things obviously got out of hand, and they decided to facilitate his death, NOT murder him, and lucky they didn't, or that too may have left irrefutable evidence. BA needed things to break just right after the felony, and the 3 pints of blood loss in the basement, and placing his dying body on the lawn seemed the best option, if found, they could say, as they did "he never came in the house, Read's word against theirs, and we know who wins that battle every time.

As you're new to the channel, I'll tell you, I don't just spit theories out of my mouth, I was not a LEO, but I've been military and government for 30+ years, so I think everything through and base any hypotheses evidence, knowledge of processes, and/or most likely outcomes. Thank you for tuning in.

@@d.j.sanmarco2184 Ok - I'm 100% FKR BTW, so not here as a troll. There was still a chance he could have lived, or said 3 words even. Maybe they left him in the backyard until they knew he couldn't be revived? Still it's a complicated and risky scheme.

@@d.j.sanmarco2184 I'm not new to your channel, please don't get defensive because I'm raising a valid point that may not support your theory. I've been following this case for some time and watch your channel frequently. In fact, I'm bothered myself that there may be an unreasonable explanation for how this scheme was executed. Who knows how the hell the whole thing went down. Make it make sense. There have been 100's of speculations but none of them address the fact that John could have possibly talked.
