How To Install universal front lip

Just a quick tutorial of how to install a home depot lip cheap but good looking project. it holds on really good i have tested it for a while now and fastest i have gone with it so far is about 55-60mph and it hasn't moved an inch.

I did my cut at an angle. It helped not get that bump from trying to curve it. And I also bolted it on just to avoid it coming off.

Cuz like a triangle shape and bend it, as for the tape cut it then continue in the other side of the bend. Or put the whole roll on and do the cut outs with the tape on

The one i used has like a picture outside i cant remember what it was. I believe like a heart or some type of item on a wall outside, just ask an employee for the stronger double sided tape they have. anymore questions just let me know im here to help. I still have it and it is holding up very good, i scraped it multiple times and and its still where i put it

Do not use soap, use oil free cleaner or tape wont stick. Your thinking the tape dries off but it's the soap !

Dre Cool yessir, it held up for a bit over a year till I ripped it off, over time it looses color which is expected but it's a very nice mod to give the car some character.

Mine lasted one day! It was folded in the box when received so it was all warped then tape would not stick to the lip side. I said f it and ripped it off!

Actually, some abs plastic kits are also installed using trim tape and it works just as good as bolted on ones. Plus you dont have drill holes on the body should you decide to remove the body kit.
