Thanks so much for filming so much of the process, it conveys the fun to be had. I watched this lying down ready for sleep, without my glasses, and saw the profile of a woman, hair pulled into a bun, arm extended doing work, the lace was her face. I wonder how she'll look 'hugging the book'. Love the colors and texture in general. Wish I could see this in real life, I miss much of the dimension of the texture but that's just the nature of video and photo compared to life I guess.

Again, a really nice slow stitched goodie! (Everybody’s covering the whole piece of background for the Roxy’s Journal of slow stitching), so I enjoyed seeing you just position a few pieces of various fabrics in random places on the background block! Will you give this piece to your mom?! I notice that you keep your wool threads separated from the DMC, do you also separate the Perles from the 6-strand thread, but then do you intermingle the sizes 3,5,8,&12 of perle together? Oh also if the perle comes in a ball, do you re-wrap it around a card like the 6-strand? I’m just trying to figure out how to store my threads! I I really enjoyed listening to you chat while you stitched. Could you please say what you’re making for dinner if you discuss food?! I just love hearing what other people eat in a normal day & also I guess I’m just nosy! It’s fun that Lulu is so exuberant & giggly when talking with her friends & now Stefi has a new haircut!! Got a report on the whole family!! So fun! Thank you for the wonderful videos you do, I always learn a lot! Hope you had a good evening!

Beautiful needlework. Tell us sometimes (in more detail) how you boil and then roast your potatos. Do you add oil, or?? I always get hungry when you mentioned roasting potatos in your oven. hugs..
@roxycreations6794 жыл бұрын
I chop them up into smaller pieces (cubes), then I boil them for about 5-10 minutes. Once they have drained off we place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, sprinkle with salt, drizzle some olive and then mix them with our hands on the tray. Add some whole cloves of garlic and bake in the oven for about an hour or until crisp and golden looking. Half way through take them out, mix and add some more salt. Let me know how you go!
