Great content but I heavily have to disagree with the Kelly Rowland part. She was not a flop at all. She had a lot of success - outside the US especially in the late 2000s to early 2010s. I feel like it’s unfair to say she is a flop just because she didn’t reach Beyoncé’s level. Beyoncé is a special rarity so comparing Kelly to her is very harsh just because they were in the same group. Also including Kelly and not adding Normani doesn’t make sense.

Nicole was essentially solo even in the Pussycat Dolls. She was the one in the spotlight, while the others just danced or did some backing vocals. Maybe in one song out of all they had, someone else’s voice might be heard. I believe the rest of the members did it simply because they were making good money, not because they wanted to advance in the music industry. Also, the members of Sugababes didn’t succeed solo either. Unfortunately, both groups tried to make a comeback a few years ago, but without much success.

On her own, she lost that distinctiveness and didn't seem to have a strong identity or personality as an individual. Both as solo artists seemed rather generic and lacked that "it" factor, or that fascinating quality that mesmerizes people, that superstars have.

This channel is kinda biased. I mean not doing good in the US doesn't mean someone flopped. There are three major charts: US Billboard UK singles chart and The Global chart. Everyone who came from a band had trouble finding solo success because they were confined to the band and their success. Kelly Rowland had successful singles but people kept confining her to Beyonce. Most of Nicole's singles just didn't suit her voice. Louis sells out arenas so he can't be called a flop. Fifth Harmony was a mess despite their talent and success. Dinah was always overlooked and she was left off some songs. BTW your definition of a flop always has something to do with the US. It's only a flop if it didn't chart or if it hardly sold any units.
