What are the registration and acceleration we have to prepare before getting into the job ECHO rather than BSE.

Here in the UK you can have any international accreditation in order to being able to work as an echocardiographer... An accreditation just means that you are able to scan under certain standards, but you could work without one and working towards the accreditation.
