I was lucky enough to spend a day in the house courtesy of a former employer. Arguably one of the absolute best spots in all of Malibu, LA, beyond. Cheers to the future owner!

@@AMGF815 nope, just cranky neighbors who made a huge fuss over some street parking. But that's anywhere in Malibu..

When facing the ocean from the backyard, look to the left. The edge of the nature preserve/parkland is where the fictional Tony Stark house is, the one in Iron Man and in Iron Man 3 when it gets blown up by the rocket launcher from the helicopter. The house interior was mostly a stage and the exterior shots of the house from an aerial view is a CGI house on the edge of the cliff. In reality, there are no homes where Tony Stark is supposed to live. Just protected parkland. Another interesting thing is the house across the street on the corner, once owned by a music-producing couple, was haunted. They regularly had objects fall/move by themselves, kitchen cabinets open and close, etc. If you walk to the top of the hill in the park, you'll see a small stone structure with a metal top that describes a general who "found" the land in the 1880s. The land was once occupied by Native Americans. From what I recall, like many places in America, there was a lot of killing in the area. This area is called Point Dume. It's the best neighborhood in Malibu and Birdview and Cliffside are the best streets.

Thanks for the info! Here's something strange, if you go to google maps and type in the address of the feature home in the video, you will see that the haunted house across the street shares the same address. It's like the haunted house is trying to trick potential buyers into viewing it.
@AMGF8152 жыл бұрын
@@yolandagibson8154 Hahaha. Wouldn’t that be crazy like the movie House on Haunted Hill that invited victims to itself. Actually, that corner is where the streets Birdview and Cliffside meet. The haunted white house is at 7377 Cliffside. But I see what you’re saying. Google Maps is just confused about it. So many movies, tv shows and commercials have been filmed right on that corner. If you go into the nature preserve there is a big wood deck overlooking the ocean. Also lots of filming there. I remember a scene in the tv series Revenge. The main character is doing yoga on that deck. If you ever go there and the limited parking in front of the nature preserve is full, go up Cliffside and park anywhere along Grasswood Ave. 24-hour parking. Don’t try to park on Cliffside across from the nature preserve because Sheriff patrol comes by frequently and will give tickets.

I’ve just watched ‘internal affairs’ 1990 movie and I am convinced this house is built on the site of the ‘Arrocas Mansion’ in that movie, it is an utter eyesore ugly house and totally out of character for that beautiful area so glad it’s been demolished and replaced with this beautiful home. The former house appears in the move about 20 minutes before the end

this is right at the end of westward beach in the neighborhood that sits on the cliff of bluff above it. I'm not a fan of being that close to the ocean as erosion could bring that whole cliff down. The road to westward beach was washed out during the last king tide, if it was worse it could have caused the whole thing to come down.
@AMGF8153 жыл бұрын
This house has very thick and deep steel rods and other structural stability features. That's part of the pros to new builds in higher-risk areas. The backyard could come down but that house ain't going nowhere.

The house and the view very beautiful, but I don't think a good idea to spend so much money in a house next the hill and in front the sea because natural disasters and if you decide to sell sometimes is Hard to find new buyers ($$$$$$) because the price.

56mil???!!!!!!!. Is that like,.....for the homes and 4 acres of the beach??? Considering that it is not done, for one-As nice as it (will be) that is a reach. I see about 14 million for the front and 4 for the rear+Uncle Sam's cut and realty fees, around 20.5 million. About 6 of the recent Malibu homes seen can give you around' this complexity for about 18, I would go with those, also ...because they are already done. No plausible rearrangements. Good luck with this one.

This house sold for $27 million about 10-years ago when it was built. This particular street is arguably the most desirable street in Malibu. Yes, you can find the same size house in other parts of Malibu for well under $20 million.

At this point, we should all take advantage of the dip. The fact is, NFTs & BTC is the future of crypto and the question most traders ask themselves is - if this is right time to invest? I feel those who would allow the market dynamism to determine when to trade or not are either new in this space in general or probably just naïve, the sphere have seen far worse times than this, enlightened traders continue to make good use of the dip and pump even acquiring more equities towards trading sessions, I'd say that more emphasis should be put into tradng, since it is way profitable than hodling. Trading went smooth for me as I was able to raise over 15 BTC when I started at 2 BTC in just 5 weeks of implementing trades with signals and insights from Will Armstrong I would advise you all to trade your asset rather than hodl for a future you aren't sure about. Say hello to Will for a fix, You can reach Will on ͲeIєɠɾαm👉WILLARMSTRONG
