It's easy. Run targeted newspaper and social media adds looking to buy new construction multi unit buildings. Target the ads for Mexico City ,Palermo Italy and New York City. You will have more cash buyers than you need. Most of them will buy multiple units to resell or lease out upon completion of the building. I recommend never building less than a twenty unit structurally. Get them to sign and then go to the bank to have them cost it out and allow contractors to make draws. In today's world money and banking worldwide is a small area. Transferring money is instant ,easy and safe if done correctly.

Best information... Thank you so much. You are correct. It is difficult to find a buyer if you don't know where to look. Especially when you have a signed contract and you need to sell it in less than 30 days or you lose the escrow or the down payment letting them know you are serious about purchasing or finding a buyer for the seller. Make sure you find a good title company that has experience with R.E. Wholesalers and an understanding of double closing. Some buyers already have a title company they go through. If I'm incorrect in anything, please let me know, I do not mind criticism or advice. (This is for the state of Florida, every state is different with different laws.)

The "Google Ninja Trick" strategy for finding Cash Buyers is quick, simple, and most importantly, it works! Definitely give it a try for whatever area you're located in Florida! Definitely want to make sure you have enough and some of the best Cash Buyers on your list! I totally agree with everything you mentioned in the comment! It's always important to have quality, sophisticated Cash Buyers & it's always important to work with quality title companies who are investor friendly...and the same goes for every other type of person you work with in a real estate transaction. Always shoot to work with the best & the most knowledgeable people possible! Cheers!

Just got a mobile home under contract getting ready to try the ninja trick!

Since you have a mobile home under contract and not a single family house, be sure to change the keyword phrases to match this line of thinking: "what would a motivated seller of a mobile home type in?" For example, "sell my mobile home in [your city name]", "sell my mobile home in [your state name]", "sell my mobile home for cash", etc., ^This is because the phrases / keywords I shared with you in this specific youtube video will bring up search results of cash buyers who are fix & flippers that like purchasing single family houses, and not necessarily mobile homes. Tweaking your search phrase / keyword will allow you to laser in and find potential buyers that want exactly mobile homes. However, if you can't find specifically mobile home buyers in your area, then use the google ninja trick exactly as described in the video and see if any of the fix & flippers would like to purchase the mobile home you have under contract! Hello there Bailacon! Sometimes you will find smart wholesalers with this method. However, there will be actual Cash Buyers using the Google Ninja Trick. Just try typing in different keywords/phrases and contact more potential companies using this method. You'll talk to actual Cash Buyers soon enough! You make have to contact 10 companies (or more) to find 1-2 legit cash buyers in your area. Also make sure you are going to page 2, 3 ,4+ if need be to find cash buyers! Stay the course, and you will find high quality cash buyers in no time.
