Do pathological Q wave always mean heart problem or sometimes it doesn’t mean anything ?

@@haisesasaki2955 A pathological Q wave is pretty much always due to a problem. There are benign reasons a Q wave can be abnormally large, but we would not call that a pathological Q wave.
