There’s still a few more bosses to beat! Nightmare King Grimm (basically Grimm but harder), and Absolute Radiance (Radiance but harder), and I don’t know if I’m forgetting any. And just keep in mind… Absolute Radiance is often considered to be the hardest boss in the entire game. If you attempt it, good luck!

Tip on making literally any fight easier: descending dark has invincibility frames during its animation and for around a second after its done. You can skip the animation where the knight is charging up by doing a very small hop and using ddark while in the air

The grub father didn't eat them. He is keeping them to metamorphose into gruberflys and the fact that when it ends, the dad will die (the babies will cut open his belly) is really like a twist to the bad image that we sticked to him. When we are hitting him, we are actually killing the babies OURSELF. And great video. I just started playing this game because of this video and the first part(100%).

This video made me remember just how innocently unprepared players are for the fifth pantheon after beating the first four. From getting hit too much, and not knowing how to consistently defeat bosses, to unreliable charm loadouts and a lack of knowledge for what awaits them on their climb to ascension. And yet, we persevere, we learn and we optimise, for we do what we must to ascend to the top and beat our ancient foe.

@@arock3222 I made my comment because I have 200~ hours with the game and all I can do (outside of making my 7th save file) is to get the soul, charm and mask bindings of p5. At this point bosses just come so naturally I forgot what it was like to need to practice to even beat them in the first place, so it's nice watching videos and remembering my own experience. Also congrats on beating all bosses radiant and I hope we can agree that Markoth sucks

The trick with multiple bosses at once is to have both of them on your screen so that you can telegraph their attacks better

Your tactics for godhome and even just Troup master Grimm helped me a lot, I got Grimm on my second try with your tactic, and just beat the first pantheon. Glad I watched this.

The other part of handling Troupe Master Grimm is understanding his way of attack, he leaves very little openings, where anytime he's on screen, he's going to attack. Anytime he's on the ground to do his swipe or lunge, you can pogo off him as he passes under you, speeding up the fight a fair bit, and the sharp shadow can help if you want a bonus hit when cornered as an alternative if you can't get above him in time. Nightmare King Grimm is faster, hits harder, and just brutal, but keep in mind the same strategy of offering a counter to his attacks by closing the gap and striking him when he flings fire bats, whack him when he passes under you, and with the new flame pillars, you can get a few free hits as long as you don't stand on the same spot for too long, but he WON'T be present when the spikes pop up, so be very wary of that! The strategy is don't get greedy at all, aggression is not how you want to play it, you want to steady your attacks in pace with Grimm, much like you're in a dancing performance, there is a reason why he refers to it as such, it's a hint.

A tip for pure vessel you can use decending dark in both the tenticals atack and when he stabs the ground ans swords pop out (decending dark was the mvp for my fights with him)

The grandpa grub actually just sacrificed his own body for the grubs to grow into grubberflies as mentioned in the grubberfly elegy they will move on to the next stage of their lives where the grubfather will act as a cocoon for the grubs

Here are a few things to do begore pantheon 5(which you will hopefully do): Try flukenest,by itself,yhe first time you did you activated a "charm combo" that actually made flukenest worse. Try to complete the grimm troupe again(on another save file,cuz you cant do that again on this one),but this time actually collect the 3 flames and challenge grimm,instead of banishing him.

if you didn't know, deep focus heals 2 masks but takes longer, best combo is deep and quick focus, normal speed and double regen
