Please take a full hour out of your day, best before sleep or after yoga home practice, to enjoy Yoga Nidra meditation. Please do not multi-task while listening. Lie down in a comfortable position, eyes closed, stay still during the whole meditation and please try not to fall sleep. It takes practice to stay awake and stay in present moment awareness. ..
Just do your best in each moment... no worries, no rush...it is all perfect ...unfolding in perfect creation...
