Apparently, Keefe was the only one thinking about redeeming a bounty. Orlando would simply have been stewing with rage and wanting to hit back at Tupac hard. Big Dre wouldn’t have really had any motive to fire off almost 15 rounds. The person who fired that many shots was the person most aggrieved by what had happened in the casino. We just enjoy conspiracy theories, but the reality is that you needn’t be a gangbanger to want to exact that sort of revenge against someone who just decked you. Granted, there are some people whose initial reaction would be “Tupac beat me, I’m going to sue the hell out of him!” But trust me, many people who have access to a firearm, if they were beaten in that very manner, they’d go grab their gun and look for their assailant and shoot him. Gene Deal already talked about this. When an OG Shot caller gives you a gun and tells you to do it and you don't! And youre in the same gang... then theres going to be repercussions. To this day I believe Big Dre did it. Kadafi said he saw the shooters arm and it was a big heavy set arm. Kadafi saw everyone in that car when they drove by slowly.
