Most people want to feel strong, be respected and feel safe. Some people think that in order to be resilient and confident one needs to be strong externally. Try to impress others, be arrogant, tough etc. This is why some people go to the gym, get big muscles etc. So that no one will dare to attack them or mess with them. But when someone wants to have real resilience, they also must have internal strength.

My younger sister is going through her cancer stages, my family is horribly dysfunctional and we were taught zero resilience and instead learnt to dwell into hypertension, anxiety and piety. Learning resilience for me at the age of 24 is still a big lesson for me.

I need more methods to resolve mental fatigue. Only 1 method works to resolve fatigue in 5 mins in comparison to walking. Walking works but not for intense sessions instead moderate and low intensity sessions.

Check out school bus driver. Paid training, health insurance, dental retirement. Bring your child means no day-care hassles. School Vaca and summer off so you can stay w your child. Can you pass a background check and drug test and physical? Good driving record? Most districts are hiring.

By definition it’s not an addiction unless it has negative consequences? You can take a good thing too far, like productivity➡️workaholism, but I’m not sure if you meant it that way? I would look into building habits the cue routine reward cycle that becomes automatic is what I’m guessing you mean.

These were 10 very good points. I do have a question about your illustration of the 'life is not always fair' section. Why was the teacher with the ruler, holding it in a threatening position standing over a little boy, black and the little boy was white? Does this not send a 'racist' message to the listener? Why could they be either same race or neutral in color. Was this just a subconscious rendering or perhaps a personal experience? Either way, it was just something I observed and wanted to ask about. 🤔
