I so love this girl for opening my eyes especially when I got my second card. Having a gold card is not a rights... It’s a privilege but you need to establish a good banking relationship. Meaning paying off your balance on time and even paying the minimum due to avoid being on a negative balance. Kudos! Please keep making these helpful videos to spread financial awareness.

For tip #6 - this happens to most banks, your credit limit gets replenished everytime you pay. Here’s a tip, for BDO cards it doesn’t work this way. Every month/cut off, your credit limit gets replenished regardless if you pay or not. Say for example your limit is 20k, and you used up the entire amount, on your cut off, your limit gets replenished and you have another 20k even though you have not paid yet

Facts: The client has no other charges in the statement except the annual membership fee. He requested it to be waived without spending the required amount given as an option by the bank, but no avail. He then demanded to the bank personnel to terminate the service instead. Question: will he be liable for non-payment of annual membership fee which will result to penalty? Thank you.

Next time, talk about the Secured Credit card. Your limit is your money. Kinda hold you back from overspending. Also, the money being held by the bank usually earns higher interests than your usual savings account. Plus of course all the benefits, perks and convinience of having a normal credit card.

Hi Thea, another tip if you need cash is link your cc to your Paymaya to fund it. No extra charges. From Paymaya you can withdraw the funds by transferring funds to your savings account, no charges too. :)

Fun fact. I was nervous when I told my younger co-worker that applying for a credit card was faster and your chances of approval are better. I also warned her that it's both a gift and a curse. Basically a Pandora's box. She's a bit of an Apple fan. So yeah. There's that to worry about. 😬

Ask ko lang, for example: lumabas na yung 1st statement ko, billing cut off ko is 14th of each month, my total amount due is 8,300 then I made a new purchase around 2,500 outside my previous cut off or statement. Do i need to pay the total balance as of now or just the total amount due that is only indicate sa statement ko para hindi sana ako ma charge ng finance/interest charges. Hope you response 😘

Dun ako nalilito sa minimum due eh. I know I need to pay the full amount due pero dumating ako sa point na hindi umabot yung income ko that month kaya I can only pay the minimum due.
