Theater for personal & social transformation: intersection of inspiration, imagination. Caroline uses her extensive experience of theater training and workshop skills as a tool for empowering the weaker section of society.
Founder of Hua Dan, The Scheherazade Initiatives and the Global Arts Impact Agenda. She is also an INSEAD Social Entrepreneurs in Residence. Caroline has facilitated and developed workshops and training courses in the not-for-profit sector, with government training programmes, the English language sector and in corporations in Spain, Hong Kong, China and India. She was recently selected as an 'Architect of the Future' at Waldzell Meeting and in 2011 she became a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum.
