german schlager is kinda our country music. its cheesy, stereotypes galore, about loving someone or whining about having been left by someone and is usually very popular with the elderly or in rural areas. that said, the hate for schlager is the one thing that unites metealhads, hip hoppers, rappers, ravers and even goths

Earlier this year they tried to enter a song into a music competition in Germany and the people running this competition didn't select them to enter that. So this is their way of making fun of the type of songs that got selected over their's. The first part of the song is German Schlager which is Germany's version of American pop music. When I first heard the song I was surprised by them singing like this and then to get slapped in the face by the Deathcore Metal was awesome.

"Starring" is different than "Featuring", starring mainly means that the individual is making an appearance, most commonly as a main actor/actress, while featuring means the individual will be contributing to the song. Slight differences but important differentiations. Great reaction as well! The shock value in this song is amazing.

This Song was kind of a Fuck You to Eurovision and the corporates who wouldn't let them go on to represent Germany. German Schlager is type of german pop, that a lot of people hate over in Germany, and The ending of this song is the hardest sound they ever produced which happens to be death metal. So basically its suppose to be the Death of German Schlager.

The thing is as a German you either love Schlager or you hate it. And - I don`t think about the fun music from clubs in Mallorca, but "serious" music about love and broken hearts. A huge amount of that is copied music with copied lyrics, boring chords... You always have the impression that you somehow have already heard every new outcoming song...
