It is such a cute little episode. Apparently this is also the writing debut for Morgana Ignis, who is Sallie May's voice actor. She's also the one who organises all the live streams and Q&A events at cons, she is such an integral part of the Helluva Boss team! Goes to show sometimes the person who knows their role best is their actor! Plus she's also in a relationship with Georgina Leahy, the VA for Stella. So Morgana keeps on slaying!

But this also isn't exactly her first gig around acting. She's a good friend of Brandon and has starred in his video sketches for years, so I likely assume Brandon is who got Georgina onboard.

This is the closest we've gotten to a fully Millie-centric episode and I LOVE IT!!! This concept of the shorts is so new and so cool, it’s like a neat lil filler between episode intervals and I love that concept so much. Finally, Millie getting some well deserved attention.

I was at the con where this was premiered! Was an amazing experience, and Morgana (Sallie May's VA) was hosting the pannels there too! She even did one IN cosplay as Sallie Mae which was amazing.

We LOVE seeing Millie get more content on her own, also I just love finally seeing trans characters normalized like, idk how to put this but my partner is trans and we were talking about how annoying it can be that stories around trans characters usually have to centre and address being trans instead of just letting trans characters BE and letting them just tell stories. Like being trans is a part of who they are but it's not all-encompassing. It's nice to just see sisters being sisters. I'd really love to see more of that. Also Morgana is a treasure and I'm so hyped about her writing debut!! Her style fit RIGHT in with this universe so hopefully we'll be seeing more scripts from her too.

As she should have spend time with the ladies but she probably going to get her own Helluva Short Episode in the future 😄 Also during the spa moment, that “Special Mud” is actually some some kind of Blood as the Spa name is a nod to a serial killer in Hungarian that figure kills their victims and use their bodies or fluids for some special purposes.
