Anyone else crying their eyes out ? it is like saying goodbye to a friend, every morning you are there speaking the words of God into my life, making me laugh and cry, thank you so much for your time and just being you. I am doing it all over again next year, making notes this time , and really trying to meditate on what I have listened to. I have to pull myself together for work in a minute ! This has been a great journey with all of you. I am so grateful and blessed to have had this opportunity to read and learn what God's love truly means. I give all praise and glory to God for blessing me with my length of life so that I may have this experience with you all. To know that at anytime in my early life, when I turned my back to him and accepted the worldly evils, I could have been taken away from this gift (A.K.A., life) and doomed to face my judgement, that sends chills down my spin to this day. I don't like goodbyes either. I will say thank you for this. At the age of 42, I can say that i have listened to the entire Bible for the first time. I say listened because in legally blind and reading can be difficult for me. So, thank you for doing this entire study. My faith journey has not been an easy one, but being faithful this whole year to listening to you everyday has helped me. I enjoyed some books more than others. Yes, I also cried my eyes out and am still crying as I write this. I began this Bible in a Year searching for the comfort and peace of God's word, after crying all day every day from the loss of my husband to cancer a little over 6 months ago. I had read the bible before by myself, but I never got as much out of it as I have these past 6 months. Thank you, Father Mike, for being a wonderful host of this podcast. You have helped me understand the bible so much more and your loving devotion to God and others has been so evident throughout that you have touched my heart and so many other's hearts. Following and reading the Bible in a Year once again this year has been such a blessing. The first time around was rushed and in bits and pieces, but this time was step by step, one day at a time. Though I couldn't keep pace every single day as per the reading plan, God's word spoke to me what I needed to hear when I needed to hear it. I am 36 years old. This is the first time I’ve ever read the entirety of the Bible. I was only able to accomplish that because of this podcast and Father Mike. What a tremendous blessing it has been. It has not been easy. It has not been without its struggles. I know Satan has something to do with that, but a lot is just my human laziness. Praise be to God and thanks to Father Mike for helping me finish this journey today, Monday, December 30, 2024. I can’t wait to start over on Wednesday, January 1, 2025, for my second trek through the Bible. To paraphrase Father Mike, I can’t wait to see you then. God bless.

I cannot believe I made it here on 12/31/23 and I’m going to do it again - and I’m so grateful for you Fr Mike amd Ascension Press and all those on this podcast who I will continue to pray for every day! What a gift! This has been a great gift of grace to hear the word of God for 365 days! May we all continue to grow in love of the Lord so we can someday worship God forever in heaven! Me too! I want the journey I had with you all in 2023 to repeat on a loop every year. It has been a wonderful experience. Grace be with you through Jesus Christ. Catholics do not match anything in the Bible. Ezekiel 13:2, It's a sin to call Mike "father". Matthew 23:8. Easter is not in the Bible, Passover is in the Bible. Christians honor Jesus resurrection and Passover and Feast of unleavened bread in the same week. Matthew 22:17.Exodus 12. Forced celibacy of priests and nuns, and forced poverty to give up their worldly possessions is not in the Bible. 1Timothy 3:2. Rosaries are forbidden. Matthew 6:7. You are supposed to use Anointing oil not Holy Water. James 5:14 and Exodus 40:9.
