You really have changed my training and whole entire life. I’m able to fight MMA, run marathons and push a lot of weight without ever being hurt, over tired or hurting my joints and tendons. I’ve fractured my spine, broke my knees and wrists and tore a lat in high school. I was told I’d never play or be the same again, and that was true for 8 years. I’m firing on all cylinders now.
