So it is possible that the Arrowverse which extends and is now really vast, that make him also to a character with "face" actor. Personally, I don't consider the Batman and Bruce Wayne name drops in Arrow 7x09 references, because it's the first time the Batman character appears (well not appears but mentioned), making him an actual character that has an actual role in the plot, rather than a subtle nod to him. In other words, he's MORE than a reference now. He's an actual character. Don't have any problem that you put it there, but I'm just saying However the rest of the things in the episode (like Alfred, Nolan and Burton, and all the villains names and equipment) I do consider as references (well except for Batman's gadgets, Arkham Asylum and the bat signal because they also have a role in the plot making them more than references).

Maybe on Earth 1, Bruce Wayne was getting the hang of being the vigilante. Then soon named himself Batman. He "Mysteriously" disappears from Gotham City which probably means he was on Earth 38 or a variety of worlds. Because if you remember the Injustice 2 storyline, Batman had this computer called Brother Eye, which can show you different Earth's throughout the Multiverse. So he could've just been doing that. Maybe since John Deegan re-wrote reality, in the original timeline, Bruce Wayne was just a millionaire, but since they made Elseworlds and after resetting the timeline, one thing that could've changed is that Bruce Wayne is the Batman.

I’m guessing arrowverse is sequel to dark knight saga due to how Batman “disappeared” and it was referenced bane’s mask from dark knight rises. Basically, gotham gone into hell after Batman died and Bruce’s cousin became batwoman to protect Gotham

If that's the case then Batman would be considered dead rather than he just disappeared. And we never saw Riddler, Penguin, Poison Ivy, Clayface, or Hugo Strange in the Nolan films so this doesn't hold up well.

Wonder why did they never formally introduced Earth's 1 Batman, or any Batman for that matter (minus the Earth 99 evil future, exoskeleton Bruce Wayne), that would've genuinely been so fucking incredible.
