This is my first time watching blue bird bros and I enjoyed every second of it. I really admire all of you, for walking the tougher path. I watched cna insider and got to know the prison a bit better, and honestly my takeaway is that all of you are fundamentally good people and want to be good. Just that somehow somewhere you messed up, maybe partly due to circumstances, environment (family, friends), bad decisions made etc and really who are we to judge because we wont know if we will do the same in the same situations. The prison environment is so restrictive and honestly I dont know how you guys survived it. But, you are survivors and fighters. You can and you will get through whatever challenge ahead of you. This channel bridges the gap for ex offenders to allow public to better understand the challenges you go through. You guys jiayou! Hope that with more awareness, lawmakers can review our system. The conventional view that prison environment must have sufficient deterrent may need to be reviewed especially for juvenile crime. More than deterrent, young offenders need guidance, education, care, rehabilitation and reintegration back to mainstream society. Much has been done, but more more needs to be done.

I cant imagine isolation in prison.That is cruel.Imagine years and years of locked in a tiny cell with no communication and NOTHING changes.I would go insane after 2 dats.I have seen about those dark jails in China.Even here in the states we have isolation pods,with no death penaly,no way to die sitting alone for years and years with no human contact.

Teachers usually are not able to truly understand the emotional needs of at risk students . You guys might be able to help. But of course you guys will need to attend some emotional freedom classes to learn how to manage emotions too.

These 21 strokes broke my heart. Why is this brutal violence even necessary? Although I am glad that men who have been punished like that can laugh about it. It is important to remain happy and strong even in tough situations. p.s. There is a similar story in the Bible. Saint Paul gets himself arrested and is supposed to receive a corporal punishment as well. However, he is a Roman citizen and therefore cannot be punished like that. There is even an interesting dialogue in the New Testament: 24 The chief captain commanded him to be brought into the castle, and bade that he should be examined by scourging; that he might know wherefore they cried so against him. 25 And as they bound him with thongs, Paul said unto the centurion that stood by, Is it lawful for you to scourge a man that is a Roman, and uncondemned? 26 When the centurion heard that, he went and told the chief captain, saying, Take heed what thou doest: for this man is a Roman. 27 Then the chief captain came, and said unto him, Tell me, art thou a Roman? He said, Yea. 28 And the chief captain answered, With a great sum obtained I this freedom. And Paul said, But I was free born. 29 Then straightway they departed from him which should have examined him: and the chief captain also was afraid, after he knew that he was a Roman, and because he had bound him. (Book of Acts, chapter 22)
