It is. I never understand why rich people often have bad taste. My impression after watching countless videos on both yachts and homes is that the mid income 40ish year olds have the most delicate interiors. Nothing too flashy, in many cases a good blend of the latest trends and the best parts of the former.

You can't, above a certain size it's mandatory. On newer boats it can be telescopic but you can't navigate unless it's extended.

It's a mast for navigational lights and "at anchor ball". On most larger yachts, it's retractable... it is NOT a crane or a davit.

As for the OP, you wouldn't need a fluffer if you had this boat, there are plenty of gold diggers that would do it for "free" with the hope of getting their hooks in you.
